Godchicks 2012 was held at the Dolby Theater in Hollywood, CA. Using all recycled materials and a generous donation of discarded cardboard tubing from Spiral Paper Tube & Core. The concept and theme of the conference was LOVE, it only made sense to not be wasteful with materials and supplies.

Paper was a big part of the main decor. Using the cardboard spiral tubes, we used the forms structurally to make decorative pillars within the space. We made approximately 12 life size cardboard structures that stood in key, high-traffic areas of the space. 

We also cut up old catalogs and crafted table-top decorations, reused cardboard for the LOVE letters on stage, and reclaimed wood from previous stage design projects. After the event (approximately 3 days) all the material was transported back to the church, broke down, and properly recycled.
